الشيخ اسحاقو حسن بورا آدم المويالي من مواليد عام 1980 ميلادي. درس المرحلتين الإبتدائية والمتوسطة في مركز الهدى الإسلامي بمويالي كينيا، والمرحلة الثانوية في معهد نور الإسلام بمنديرا كينيا، بالإضافة إلى معهد اللغة العربية ودروس الحلقات في مويالي ومنديرا في المساجد.
تخرج في جامعة الإمام الشافعي في مدينة أداما إثيوبيا بمرحلة البكالوريوس، ثم تخرج من مرحلة الماجستير في الجامعة الإسلامية بمنيسوتا فرع إثيوبيا.
